File a home warranty claim

Warranty claims for your Homesight full home inspection are submitted online at SubmitYourClaim.net. Follow the steps below and make sure your contractor's estimate includes everything listed for your type of claim.

How to submit a claim

Four steps to file

  1. Create your account

Go to www.SubmitYourClaim.net and click the "Create Account" tab.

  2. Start a new claim

Once you are logged in, click the "New Claim" button at the bottom of the page.

  3. Upload your repair estimate

Upload an itemized repair estimate from a licensed contractor that states (1) the cause of failure and (2) parts and labor broken out for each issue.

  4. Add your report and home details

Upload your Homesight inspection report, along with some basic information about the home and your contact information.

Appliance or HVAC claim? We will also need the manufacturer, model number, and serial number from the unit that was inspected. Your warranty is based on the date of your full home inspection.
