The major appliances in your report are checked against manufacturer recall records. If an item has been recalled, the manufacturer is responsible for repairing it at no cost to you.

If new mold growth appears in an area our inspection found clear, you are covered for 180 days after the inspection.
5 Year Extended Roof Coverage
Protection against new roof leaks for five full years after the inspection date, long after a typical warranty has expired.
